✅ Eligibility for Return
- Uncut unboxing video is mandatory.
- Return request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and have original tag attached.
- Must be returned in original packaging with invoice and any free gifts.
- Products with scratches, deformities, or tag removed are not eligible.
- Gifts accompanying the purchased product must be returned.
🔁 How to Initiate a Return
- Raise a return request via email or our website within 5 days.
- Our Customer Care team will verify and arrange a reverse pickup.
- Pack the product safely and hand over to the pickup agent.
💸 Refund Options
- Credit Note (valid for 6 months).
- Exchange with another product.
- Monetary Refund (₹75 will be deducted for reverse shipping).
