We offer a 5-day return policy. To initiate a return, please ensure you meet the mandatory criteria below.

Mandatory Return Criteria:

• Uncut Unboxing video of delivered product must be required for seamless return process.
• Return request raised within 5-days of delivery.
• Product must have tag attached, return not accepted if tag is removed.
• Original packaging, invoice, and tags in place.
• No scratches or deformities on the product.
• Gifts accompanying the purchased product must be returned.

Return Process

• Raise a return request within 5 days of delivery.
• Our Customer Care team will review and arrange for a reverse pickup.
• Pack the product safely to prevent damage during transit.
• Hand over the parcel to our pickup agent.

Refund Method

• Refunds will be initiated in the form of a Credit Note/Exchange/Monetary Refund.
• Credit Notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Monetary Refunds will incur a deduction of ₹75 for reverse logistics charges.

Redeeming Your Coupon

• Coupons are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Coupons can be used for cart values equivalent to or more than the coupon value.
• Coupons cannot be split or combined with other offers.

Quality Check and Return Approval

• Returned products must meet our return criteria.
• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our criteria.

Return Logistics

• In cases of self-shipment, customers must provide proof of delivery.
